PRINCE CHARMINGS
A Charming's Journey
Age 10
At 10 years old, young boys attend the Assessment School - which sits beside the Academy of Charms and Charmings - for a year. During that year they are tested in all possible areas - skill, endurance, knowledge and so on - before being tested to see if they have what it takes to become a Charming at the Academy.
Age 11
At 11 years old, the boys who have successfully completed their training at the Assessment School join the ranks of hundreds of thousands of Prince Charmings before them to study hard and train diligently in order to prepare for their quest at the end of their time with the Academy aged 13. In their first year, Charmings are given basic knowledge in all their subjects and are also given the chance to raise their very own dragon.
Age 12
At 12 years old, the boys move into their second year at the Academy and their subjects become more challenging. Charmings who were unsuccessful in raising a dragon in their first year are given a second chance in their second year. In second year, Charmings are encouraged to take extra classes in the subjects that they enjoy most.
Age 13
At 13 years old, the boys are preparing to leave the Academy and venture into the world. The subjects are increasingly more difficult and challenge the boys in every lesson. Third year is the final chance for Charmings to successfully raise a dragon. If they fail in their third year, they must take their quest without a dragon. Every Charming receives a quest at the end of the year - although these are not special quests like the chosen students receive, they are tailored to the individual Charmings talents.

Quests are not to be taken lightly. They test a Charming's skill, knowledge, emotions and strength. Certain students are chosen mid-way through each year to partake in special tasks which are given to them through the Oracle. Only five students are picked each year.
Prince Charmings study a variety of subjects during their time at the Academy, helping them to find their talents wherever they may lie. Below are the subjects in which all Charmings participate during their three year stay at the Academy. We will soon have informational pages on each of the subjects.
